Unlike a lot of grass-fed beef, our cattle put on fat due to their diverse diet of grasses, forbs, herbs, and other weeds that grow in our fields. The result is beef with exceptional flavor and nutrition. Rich in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and naturally occurring antioxidants, these patties offer a deep, complex taste that only comes from cattle finished on fresh grass. Storage & Preparation:
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Cook to desired doneness – we recommend medium-rare (135°F) to best experience the rich flavor.
