These aren't just any burger patties – they're a taste of our Pennsylvania pastures, shaped by cattle who spend their entire lives grazing on diverse pastures. Our regenerative grazing practices mimic the natural movements of wild herds, with cattle moved daily to fresh grass through our intensive rotational grazing system.

Unlike a lot of grass-fed beef, our cattle put on fat due to their diverse diet of grasses, forbs, herbs, and other weeds that grow in our fields. The result is beef with exceptional flavor and nutrition. Rich in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and naturally occurring antioxidants, these patties offer a deep, complex taste that only comes from cattle finished on fresh grass. Each bite carries subtle notes of the seasonal grasses and herbs our cattle enjoy throughout the year.

Our careful grazing management does more than produce outstanding beef – it rebuilds soil, captures carbon, and creates wildlife habitat. The cattle's hooves break up compacted soil, their grazing stimulates root growth, and their manure feeds soil life. This cycle creates increasingly fertile pastures with each passing season.

These 1/3 pound patties are ground fresh and frozen to preserve peak quality. They're perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or crafting the ultimate grass-fed burger.

Storage & Preparation:
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Cook to desired doneness – we recommend medium-rare (135°F) to best experience the rich flavor.
