About our eggs
These are fresh, whole chicken eggs from our laying hens raised entirely on pasture. Our hens live outdoors in mobile coops that are moved regularly to fresh grass, where they forage naturally for greens, insects, and minerals.
Unlike most eggs labeled “pasture-raised,” our hens spend their days outside, not confined to buildings with limited outdoor access. Their corn- and soy-free, GMO-free feed supports both hen health and a naturally balanced egg.
Yolk color, shell color, and egg size vary seasonally — a normal result of real pasture-based farming. Eggs are gathered daily, washed only with water, and kept refrigerated until pickup or delivery.

Storage & Keeping
Our eggs are best used within 3–4 weeks of purchase. Eggs may keep longer if stored consistently cold.
