About our eggs

These are fresh, whole chicken eggs from our laying hens raised on regeneratively managed pasture. Our hens live outdoors in mobile coops that are moved regularly to fresh grass, where they forage naturally for greens, insects, and minerals.

Eggs are gathered daily, washed only with water, and kept cold until pickup or delivery.

Many customers choose our eggs for their naturally balanced fat profile, including a lower omega-6 to omega-3 ratio compared to conventional eggs.

Our eggs aren't just farm-fresh, they're nutritionally superior. Independent testing reveals an optimal 4:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, significantly better than conventional eggs. With low PUFA content (approximately 750mg per 100 grams) and high vitamin concentrations, particularly B vitamins, these eggs deliver the clean nutrition your family deserves.

We believe what goes into our hens directly impacts what ends up on your plate. Our chickens enjoy a specially formulated, GMO-free diet consisting of oats, rolled wheat, peas, alfalfa hay leaves, barley, fishmeal, sesame meal, raw liquid goat whey, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics. Completely free from corn and soy, this premium feed supports optimal hen health while producing eggs with superior flavor and nutrition.

Storage & Keeping

Our eggs are best used 3-4 weeks after purchase. They arrive with their protective bloom still intact since we don't wash them with chemicals. They can be stored longer if kept in the fridge.
