About our eggs

These are fresh, whole chicken eggs from our laying hens raised entirely on pasture. Our hens live outdoors in mobile coops that are moved regularly to fresh grass, where they forage naturally for greens, insects, and minerals.

Unlike most eggs labeled “pasture-raised,” our hens spend their days outside, not confined to buildings with limited outdoor access. Their corn- and soy-free, GMO-free feed supports both hen health and a naturally balanced egg.

Yolk color, shell color, and egg size vary seasonally — a normal result of real pasture-based farming. Eggs are gathered daily from clean nest boxes and kept refrigerated until pickup or delivery.

Storage & keeping

Our eggs are best used within 3–4 weeks of purchase. Eggs may keep longer if stored consistently cold.

What do we feed our hens?

Our hens spend their days on pasture, foraging for grasses, insects, and natural minerals. In addition to what they gather outdoors, we provide a carefully balanced mineral and probiotic support blend to ensure complete nutrition year-round — especially during winter months.

This blend includes:

• Organic kelp for natural trace minerals

• Essential minerals like calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, and selenium

• Vitamins A, D3, E, and a full spectrum of B vitamins

• Active yeast and multiple probiotic strains to support gut health

We do not use artificial yolk colorants, medicated feed, or unnecessary additives. Just thoughtful nutrition to support strong shells, healthy hens, and nutrient-dense eggs.
