How to prepare marrow bones

Roast at 450°F for 15-20 minutes until marrow is soft and spreadable. Also excellent simmered low and slow for homemade beef stock.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep frozen for up to 1 year. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
