This is 100% grass-fed ground beef from cattle raised on pasture and finished entirely on grass. Our ground beef is made from whole-muscle cuts and trim from a single animal, then ground fresh in small batches.

Grass-fed beef has a clean, rich flavor and is naturally leaner than grain-fed beef. Our ground beef browns well and develops excellent flavor when cooked gently rather than aggressively.
Frozen and vacuum sealed. Best used within 6–12 months when kept frozen. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for best texture.
