Add chicken feet to a stock pot with water, vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. Simmer gently for 12-24 hours, then strain. Chicken feet naturally create a broth rich in collagen and gelatin.
Keep frozen for up to 1 year. Thaw in the refrigerator before use.
