Our ground chicken is made from pasture-raised chickens that spend their lives outdoors on fresh grass and are fed a carefully formulated, non-GMO diet free from corn and soy. Lean, flavorful, and incredibly versatile, it's perfect for burgers, meatballs, lettuce wraps, tacos, chili, pasta sauces, dumpling filling, or homemade breakfast sausage.
What makes our chicken special
Our chickens are raised outdoors in mobile coops that are moved regularly to fresh pasture, giving them continual access to forage while protecting the health of the land. Their carefully formulated, corn- and soy-free feed includes small grains, fishmeal, and raw whey to support healthy birds and exceptional flavor.
Raised and processed in small batches, our chicken reflects the care and attention that simply isn't possible in large-scale production.
Storage & Shelf Life
Keep frozen until ready to use. Best used within 6–12 months when kept frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours or in cold water for a quicker thaw. Once thawed, cook within 1–2 days and do not refreeze.
