What makes our raw butter special

Our raw butter is made from cream sourced from pasture-based dairy cows raised with regenerative farming practices. The result is deeply flavorful butter with seasonal variation that reflects the cows’ forage.

Small-batch production and minimal processing preserve the natural richness of the cream.

How to enjoy raw butter

Excellent for spreading, baking, cooking, sautéing, or finishing vegetables and meats.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Butter freezes exceptionally well for long-term storage.

"For Cats and Dogs"?

This butter is produced and sold under a pet food certification and is approved for pet use only.

At this time, there is no regulatory pathway to certify raw butter for human consumption. If there were, we’d gladly pursue it. For now, we make this butter from our raw milk, using the same simple, traditional method we'd use for the butter we make at home for our families.

That said, raw butter isn’t just appreciated by people—it can be enjoyed by pets as well. Many cats and dogs love it straight from a bowl, or mixed into their regular food. A small spoonful can be added to raw meat, wet food, or even kibble as an occasional supplement.

Please note: dairy should not be a primary food for cats or dogs. It's best used sparingly—as a treat or short-term addition. When used this way, raw dairy can offer added moisture and naturally occurring probiotics.
