Our ribeyes come from cattle raised entirely on grass and pasture using regenerative grazing practices. Grass-fed ribeye develops rich beef flavor with excellent texture and natural marbling.

Bring to room temperature before cooking. Grill or pan sear over high heat to medium rare or medium. Allow to rest before slicing.
Keep frozen for up to 1 year. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
