Our raw fermented kimchi is made from cabbage, carrots, onions, radishes, cayenne pepper, garlic, ginger, and Celtic sea salt. Naturally fermented and never pasteurized, it delivers the complex flavor, gentle heat, and crisp texture that make kimchi a favorite around the world.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated at all times. Because it is a living fermented food, fermentation will continue slowly in the refrigerator and the flavor may become more pronounced over time. Best enjoyed within 3–6 months when kept consistently cold.
