These are bone-in pork spare ribs from pigs raised outdoors on pasture and fed a non-GMO, corn- and soy-free diet. Cut from the belly side of the rib cage, they are well-marbled and known for their deep, rich flavor.

What makes our pork special

Our pigs are raised with space to root, forage, and express natural behaviors. They are managed in small groups with a focus on animal health and low-stress handling, and fed a carefully sourced ration free from corn and soy. All cuts are processed in small batches for consistent quality.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep frozen until ready to use. Best used within 6–12 months when kept frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours before cooking. Once thawed, use within 2–3 days.
