This is a mild Italian-style sausage made from pork raised on pasture and fed a non-GMO, corn- and soy-free diet. Seasoned with a traditional blend of herbs and spices, it has a balanced, savory flavor without heat.
Our pigs are raised outdoors with room to root and move, managed in small groups with a focus on animal health and low-stress handling. Feed is carefully sourced without corn or soy, and all products are processed in small batches to maintain quality and consistency.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Best used within 6–12 months when kept frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours or in cold water for a quicker thaw. Once thawed, use within 2–3 days.
