This is a traditional chicken broth made by slowly simmering bones from our pasture-raised chickens with organic vegetables and herbs. Ingredients include water, chicken bones, organic onion, organic ginger, organic carrots, organic celery, organic oregano, black pepper, and sea salt.
We use bones from chickens raised on pasture and simmer them in small batches to extract full flavor and natural body. No additives, preservatives, or concentrates — just simple ingredients prepared the traditional way.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Best used within 6–12 months when kept frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or gently warm on the stovetop. Once thawed, use within 4–5 days.
