Chicken - Drumsticks

Four per pack | Corn & Soy Free

Our pasture-raised chicken drumsticks are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for roasting, grilling, or slow cooking. A family-friendly favorite raised on pasture and fed a corn- and soy-free diet.

What makes our chicken drumsticks special

Raised on pasture in fresh air and sunshine, our chickens are moved regularly to clean ground and fed a GMO-free, corn- and soy-free ration. The result is flavorful chicken raised with care from start to finish.

Chicken drumsticks are an affordable, family-friendly cut with tender, juicy dark meat and skin that crisps up beautifully in the oven or on the grill. We raise our birds carefully in small batches with a focus on animal health, clean living conditions, and regenerative farming practices.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep frozen until ready to use. Chicken drumsticks can be stored frozen for up to 1 year for best quality. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Once thawed, cook within 1–2 days.

How to cook chicken drumsticks

Pat drumsticks dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and your favorite herbs or spices. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F for approximately 35–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.

Chicken should reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F. For especially tender dark meat, drumsticks can be cooked to 175–185°F.

For a little variety, try grilling them with barbecue sauce, slow cooking them with vegetables, or tossing them in a simple honey-garlic glaze.
