Chicken leg & thigh (often called a leg quarter) is one of the most flavorful parts of the bird. The leg and thigh stay naturally juicy during cooking thanks to the slightly higher fat content and connective tissue in the dark meat.
Our chickens are raised on pasture where they spend their days scratching, foraging, and moving to fresh grass regularly. That slower, more natural life produces chicken with deeper flavor and better texture than conventional poultry.
Each package typically contains two leg & thigh quarters, making it a hearty and economical option for family meals.
Legs and thighs are the most forgiving cut of chicken to cook. The dark meat stays tender and juicy even with longer cooking times, and the skin crisps beautifully when roasted or grilled.
Cook to an internal temperature of 175–185°F for the best texture — slightly higher than chicken breast, which helps break down the connective tissue and makes the meat especially tender.
Frozen and vacuum sealed. Best used within 6–12 months when kept frozen.
